[摘 要] 目的：探讨医师家访对首发精神分(fēn)裂症患者家庭康复的影响。方法：将120例首发精神分(fēn)裂症患者随机分(fēn)為(wèi)家访组和对照组各60例，家访组患者出院后接受為(wèi)期1年的医师家访，用(yòng)阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）、社会功能(néng)缺陷筛查量表（SDSS）和Morning Side 康复状态量表（MRSS）评价康复效果。结果：家访组患者出院后第1年末PANSS、SDSS、MRSS评分(fēn)显著低于出院时和同期对照组，再入院率也显著低于对照组。结论：医师家访能(néng)促进首发精神分(fēn)裂症患者家庭康复。

Influence of doctors' home visiting on the home rehabilitation of
the first episode schizophrenics

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of doctors' home visiting on the home rehabilitation of the first episode schizophrenics. Methods: All 120 first episode schizophrenics were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group. Each had 60 cases. The experimental group received doctors' home visiting for a years. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) and Morning side Rehabilitation State Scale (MRSS) were used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients rehabilitation. Results: In the end of first year of discharging ，the scores of PANSS and SDSS and MRSS in the experimental group were lower significantly than those in the control group and those in the moment of discharging. So as the rate of re-admission to the hospital. Conclusion: Doctors' home visiting can significantly improve the home rehabilitation of the first episode schizophrenics.
